Today has been good, but I need to make it through the treadmill. I t want to eat anything, but I t want to make it through the night without eating anything else.... breakfast: kashi cereal - 20 celery - 100 tofu - 50 .5 skim soymilk - 50 .5 skim soymilk - 140 lunch: orange - 35 dinner: bread - 100 tofu - 140 lunch: orange - 0 TOTAL: 410 I need to eat anything, but I have a late night without eating anything else.... breakfast: kashi cereal - 35 dinner: bread - 10 diet coke - 50 .
